We need volunteers to help us collect garbage in South Fargo near the Red River! Pre-registration is required. River Keepers staff will be present for the cleanup, to provide training, and description of the site.
This is a beautiful location and a nice place to spend an afternoon cleaning up trash and helping SUSTAIN the Red River. We hope you can join us!

*Thursday, November 5 from 3-5pm
Can’t make these dates? Please let us know your daytime availability for this fall and how many people can join you to schedule a cleanup at this site outside of these hours.
Location: South Fargo, more details will be provided to registered volunteers.
Tasks and Site Conditions:
*Cleaning up garbage using work gloves or pickers.
*Our staff walked this site and noted food and beverage containers and a number of larger, miscellaneous, items that need to be collected.
*This site does not have trails so the group will be navigating through the wooded area and vegetation, potentially uneven ground.
*Some trash may need to be carried longer distances to reach a designated drop off area, so be prepared for a potentially more physically demanding cleanup than usual.
Dress/What to Bring:
*Volunteers should dress in long pants, closed toed flat shoes or boots, bring work gloves (if possible), and water to drink.
