Join River Keepers and Moorhead Parks and Recreation for the July 21st River Paddling Excursion on the Animals of the Red River. All sorts of animals use the Red River for a source of food, water, and shelter. Join Nicole Lee with the Red River Zoo to see animals and signs of where they live and play along the route.
We hit the water at 6 p.m. so we ask participants to be at Hjemkomst Landing by 5:30 p.m. to sign in, get vessels to the staging area and get the correct sized life jacket. All skill levels are welcome! The cost is $15 per person, or $10 per person if you are providing your own vessel. Register early as space is limited!
