Learn how to transform a section of your yard into a native garden to attract important pollinators. This two-day workshop is designed for beginners and focuses on what constitutes a pollinator habitat, the importance of landscaping with native plants, and the process of installing a garden from start to finish. A select number of native plants will be discussed. Participants will leave with the beginning of their design plan and a pollinator-friendly kit to get started. Second evening is held outside at a pollinator garden in Moorhead where participants can practice identifying plants.
