The Red River Water Festival is September 15-19 & 22-23 at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead (the 15th being just set up). Seventy five classes from 25 schools will rotate through interactive activities to learn about water over the course of this event.
What is a Water Festival?
A water festival is an educational, fun-filled hands-on learning opportunity for 4th grade classes, which will increase a student’s awareness and knowledge of water. A variety of topics such as watersheds, water treatment, water properties, and the water cycle are presented in an interactive format
